A warm welcome ...

 

This house is the perfect place to relax in Montpellier.  The house is located next to a tram stop, and is within walking distance of the town. The house is spotlessly clean and is fully equiped to meet all of your needs. The pool is an added bonus which is a great way to cool down on a hot day. Sophie is a very welcoming host and went out of her way to make our stay extra special. I would stay here again and would recommend the house to anyone.

Je remercie vraiment la propriétaire de son accueil chaleureux avenante vraiment la au petit soin pour votre accueil. Villa vraiment magnifique très très propres très bien aménagé bien agencer. Proche vraiment très proche de toute commodité. Belle piscine et environnement. Vraiment on se sentait dans la verdure mais en pleine ville. J'ai hâte d'y retourné. Je recommande cette endroit de toute urgence.

Our experience in Sophie's villa couldn't have been better! The villa is situated in a quiet and very nice residential area of the city. The house is stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished. And a definite bonus was that it was spotlessly clean! The garden is beautiful and the pool is a big bonus for the house being situated practically in the centre of town. It is right next to a T1 station that will bring you to the  old town in 4 minutes and Place de la Comedie in 6. If you walk you can be in the city centre in 15-20 minutes. The kitchen is amazing if you like to cook, but weirdly there were no oven mitts. And the house had a big flat screen TV so we could keep abreast of the world cup:) Sophie was a wonderful hostess who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! She is s a vivacious woman with lots of good tips on where to go and what to do. We had several nice long conversations with her and felt like we really got to know her well. She has a lovely family so there was absolutely no problem sharing the garden and the pool. we will definitely keep in touch with her. If there were any drawbacks it was that there were no windows with a view to the garden, only to the quaint and lovely street, and we could not for the life us us figure out how to get the AC to work, but that was probably more due to our lack of experience with ACs rather than an actual problem (and we never actually informed Sophie about it, I kept forgetting). I would recommend renting Sophie's villa to anyone going to Montpellier, as I said at the outset our experience could not have been better! It wa a perfect holkiday home, and we will definitely rent it again when we are going back.

Charming ... 

 

Sophie's house is modern, spacious and clean and the neighborhood is very calm, we felt like being in the countryside although the house is nearby the city center of Montpellier (3 tramway stops or 10 min walk)! Her garden is charming and the pool very clean. We enjoyed having drinks next to it and occasionally jump in to cool down. Sophie is a great host, she is open minded and kind! She was very helpful during our stay and yet discreet. She knows a lot about the city and its surroundings, and shared with us a lot of tips about places to find good wine and fruits.

Maison superbe, très propre. Pratique pour les sorties proche tram. Jolie jardin avec petite piscine. Propriétaire très agréable et avenant. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité indéniable, un véritable petit nid douillet, confortable, lumineux, calme, très bien équipé, jardin avec piscine très agréable, ligne de tram au bout de la rue... en bref, une excellente adresse! encore merci pour ce séjour de rêve en espérant pouvoir renouveler l'expérience très bientôt
